Chef Pat from Seasons Fine Foods & Cookery School in Napanee organized a Pizza Making workshop in my backyard today. It’s quite an honour for My Brighton Kitchen to be considered for a day-trip cooking class. The weather was just gorgeous and it certainly added to everyone’s enjoyment of the day. We did the basic with the dough mixing, proofing and shaping followed by a free style session of pizza topping! When given the opportunity, people always surprise me by their creativity: we ended up with non only beautiful pies but delicious as well! And everyone went hope with some extra dough they prepare to continue their pizza adventure at home.
