What an honour to be invited to bring my wood-fired bread at the Popup Market at Rustic Routes & Hi Country in beautiful Stirling! It’s a beautiful store in downtown Stirling and they are hosting a very special event for the Holiday season. It’s really worth the drive and as an added bonus, I will bake for the event the ever popular Kalamata Olive bread, as well as the new and aromatic Mixed Olives & Rosemary loaf and the Oh-So-good Cinnamon Raisin, a real delight! And the Italian tomato one, it’s always a super fast seller at the Codrington Farmers’ Market.
I will bake the bread in the afternoon and be there from 6 pm; I truly hope you’ll have a chance to join us for an exciting evening!
